We’ll start by finding stillness, and settling into a guided meditation, which will help you to find a place within that resonates as your truth - a place that fuels your intuition.
From there, we find gentle movements that feel good and intuitive to the body.
After we have brought life & breath to all parts of our being through fluid movement, we come back to stillness and take time to note anything that has come up during the practice: any feeling that is calling for a closer look, any emotion that is guiding you. This is a place from where you can work to strengthen your own intuition.
Ending with some restorative + nourishing poses, we will close with practice with meditation.
