Soulful and candlelit, Slow Flow classes integrate the composition of strong yoga poses with the gentle ease of flowing movement. Slow Flow is inspired by Vinyasa but encourages individualized, creative and mindful movement through ambitious but playful sequencing. Moving at a reduced, deliberate pace means practitioners are challenged to fully engage mentally and physically while holding poses for longer periods of time. Poses and transitions are linked fluidly with the breath and emphasis is placed on moving gradually, gracefully and purposefully to develop strength of body and mind. Open to all levels.
