MONTHLY FULL MOON MEDITATION @ YOGA STAR

Consider the movements of the moon, the natural cycles & rhythms of the universe, and the ebb & flow of spiritual energies. We use the stars to calculate our navigation and the changing of the seasons. Creating rituals at the new and full moons will allow us to tune into our inner landscape and use the energies available to manifest in the external world.

The full moon is a time of releasing + receiving. During this time, we let go of the old so we can take hold of intentions created at the new moon.

The full moon energy supports you to resolve the past and heal any karma that you are holding so that you may move forward without limitation. It illuminates the shadow consciousness within you and brings light to the dark.

Join me on the Monday closest to the full moon every month for a Full Moon Meditation. The space will be set for you to connect on a deeper level to your inner world. We clear our energies, get grounded & present, and take time to honour the things we are releasing in order to invite in the intentions we created during the new moon prior.

This workshop is 1 hour and is $25 for a drop-in
Taking place once a month on the Monday closest to the full moon at 8:15 pm
You will also receive a worksheet that you can use during the workshop and throughout the following month

R E S T O R E - A Meditative Movement Workshop

We’ll start by finding stillness, and settling into a sensory meditation, which will help you to find a place of peace and calm within.

From there, we find gentle movements that feel good and intuitive to the body.

After we have brought life & breath to all parts of our being through fluid movement, we come back to stillness. Closing the practice with some restorative + nourishing poses, personalized Reiki (energy work), a guided body scan meditation, and sound bath.

Consider the movements of the moon, the natural cycles & rhythms of the universe, and the ebb & flow of spiritual energies. We use the stars to calculate our navigation and the changing of the seasons. Creating rituals at the new and full moons will allow us to tune into our inner landscape and use the energies available to manifest in the external world.

The full moon is a time of releasing + receiving. During this time, we let go of the old so we can take hold of intentions created at the new moon.

The full moon energy supports you to resolve the past and heal any karma that you are holding so that you may move forward without limitation. It illuminates the shadow consciousness within you and brings light to the dark.

Join me on the Monday closest to the full moon every month for a Full Moon Meditation. The space will be set for you to connect on a deeper level to your inner world. The cards are an offering that may aid your personal growth and awakening, the cards open up new life paths and guide your perception. Next, find grounding and relaxation through guided meditation and breathwork. The class will end with a 15-minute silent meditation. In this beautiful process not only are your holding space for yourself to release and grow, but you are also providing supportive energy for those in your community to experience the same thing.

The cards are an offering that may aid your personal growth and awakening, the cards open up new life paths and guide your perception. Next, find grounding and relaxation through guided meditation and breathwork. The class will end with a 15-minute silent meditation. In this beautiful process not only are your holding space for yourself to release and grow, but you are also providing supportive energy for those in your community to experience the same thing.

SLOW FLOW @ YOGA STAR

Soulful and candlelit, Slow Flow classes integrate the composition of strong yoga poses with the gentle ease of flowing movement. Slow Flow is inspired by Vinyasa but encourages individualized, creative and mindful movement through ambitious but playful sequencing. Moving at a reduced, deliberate pace means practitioners are challenged to fully engage mentally and physically while holding poses for longer periods of time. Poses and transitions are linked fluidly with the breath and emphasis is placed on moving gradually, gracefully and purposefully to develop strength of body and mind. Open to all levels.

MONTHLY FULL MOON MEDITATION @ YOGA STAR

Consider the movements of the moon, the natural cycles & rhythms of the universe, and the ebb & flow of spiritual energies. We use the stars to calculate our navigation and the changing of the seasons. Creating rituals at the new and full moons will allow us to tune into our inner landscape and use the energies available to manifest in the external world.

The full moon is a time of releasing + receiving. During this time, we let go of the old so we can take hold of intentions created at the new moon.

The full moon energy supports you to resolve the past and heal any karma that you are holding so that you may move forward without limitation. It illuminates the shadow consciousness within you and brings light to the dark.

Join me on the Monday closest to the full moon every month for a Full Moon Meditation. The space will be set for you to connect on a deeper level to your inner world. We clear our energies, get grounded & present, and take time to honour the things we are releasing in order to invite in the intentions we created during the new moon prior.

This workshop is 1 hour and is $25 for a drop-in
Taking place once a month on the Monday closest to the full moon at 8:15 pm
You will also receive a worksheet that you can use during the workshop and throughout the following month
