The movement: A ride. Mindful connection is necessary as the high pace of this class requires full attention. Yoga, Pilates and dance flow into one long sequence. Sound vibration helps to clear out the burn.

GENTLE YOGA @ YOGA STAR

This soft approach to yoga guides the body into a place of ease, calming the mind and reducing stress. Flowing through light poses for body fluidity followed by deep stretching. Increasing functional mobility of the deeper connective tissues, encouraging flexibility in areas like the hips, lower spine and pelvis. A slow and meditative class geared towards opening the body and stilling the mind. Open to all levels, A wonderful balance to your active yoga classes.

SLOW FLOW @ YOGA STAR

Soulful and candlelit, Slow Flow classes integrate the composition of strong yoga poses with the gentle ease of flowing movement. Slow Flow is inspired by Vinyasa but encourages individualized, creative and mindful movement through ambitious but playful sequencing. Moving at a reduced, deliberate pace means practitioners are challenged to fully engage mentally and physically while holding poses for longer periods of time. Poses and transitions are linked fluidly with the breath and emphasis is placed on moving gradually, gracefully and purposefully to develop strength of body and mind. Open to all levels.
