It is important to take the time and find the space to truly connect back to you. The Meditation Club was created for everyone; people who are new to meditation and those have a regular practice. There is strength in numbers and, sometimes, it’s easier to navigate our inner terrain when we’re able to share our experiences with others. It's a sensory practice; using sound, smell, touch, taste, sight, and intuition, we find our own personal stillness.

The intention of The Mediation Club is to bring people together in our community. To inspire mindfulness, compassion, focus, and connection.
